Kamilah A. Smiley is the co-founder, President, and Lead Clinical Therapist at Integrative Behavioral Health. She specializes in working with individuals, couples, families, and military service members. Kamilah earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work from Morgan State University. She uses EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients through trauma and life's challenges. Her focus on family-centered care makes her an invaluable resource for clients.
Kamilah's background includes work in hospital settings, child welfare, and veteran services. She is a board-approved clinical supervisor and also serves as an officer in the United States Armed Forces. Because of her diverse experience, she is uniquely positioned to understand the challenges faced by military families. Her EMDR and CBT expertise allows her to help clients build emotional resilience and strength.
