Integrative Behavioral Health, LLC (IBH) is a growing group practice that provides comprehensive in-person and telehealth mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. We are committed to utilizing evidence-based practices like CBT, EMDR, DBT, TF-CBT, Emotionally Focused Couples Counseling, and more to deliver quality mental health care throughout the state of Maryland.
Our services span from working with children up through adulthood. We offer psychological evaluations, substance abuse evaluations, psychometric scales/test to support diagnosis, and medication management through our Psychiatric nurse practitioner. We accept most major insurance.
We are currently looking to hiring full-time and part-time licensed clinicians (Ph.D., PsyD, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LCPC, or LGPC) as independent contractors to join the IBH Team. We also welcome Registered Interns and Post-Doctoral Candidates.

- Monthly Group Case Consultation: Engage in regular group consultations to support your clinical practice.
Requirements:
- Client Focus: Ability to work with children, adults, and/or couples.
- Availability: Willingness to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Licensure: Current State of Maryland license as Ph.D., PsyD, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LCPC, or LGPC. We also welcome Registered Interns and Post-Doctoral Candidates.
- Commitment: Willingness to work 10 hours per week or more.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-year post-licensure is a plus.
- Private Practice Experience: Prior experience in a private practice setting is a plus.
Position Responsibilities:
- Client Care: Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
- Treatment Planning: Create and adjust individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
- Regular Counseling Sessions: Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and evidence-based treatment.
- Ongoing Assessments: Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
- Family Involvement: Involve and advise family members when appropriate.
- Referrals: Refer patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain thorough records of patient meetings and progress.
- Ethics and Safety: Follow all safety protocols, maintain client confidentiality, and adhere to professional guidelines and ethical standards.
- Professional Growth: Contribute to practice by accomplishing related tasks and collaborating with IBH's administrative staff and management.
