I was referred to Kamilah through a colleague while going through a very tough time with work imbalances and depression. She was so patient with me. Helped me to control my anxiety. Where do I begin? Kamillah Smiley-Jamison saved my life. Worked with her for over 3 years because of my trauma. I was scared and nervous at first however she provided a safe space where I always felt heard and understood in sessions, she was able to build trust with me and I was able to open up more and be vulnerable which highly important in therapy. She gave me the tools I needed to handle life which made a noticeable difference in my daily life. Therapy became my life not an accessory for me. Because of Kamilah I was able to do the work so I could start my life long healing journey. I must add because I trusted her and the process I was able to build strong healthy relationships and I have now gotten married. Therefore I highly recommend Kamillah to anyone seeking quality therapy. Disclaimer you must do the work. She’s is not God she is just a vessel.
