Darrell Jamison, Founder and CEO of Integrative Behavioral Health, specializes in trauma-informed care for Black men, single parents, teens, and couples. With expertise in CBT, psychodynamic, and person-centered therapies, he provides holistic, culturally aware mental health support, empowering clients through in-person and Telehealth services across Maryland to achieve emotional well-being.

Kamilah A. Jamison, LCSW-C, MSW

Kamilah A. Smiley, co-founder and President of Integrative Behavioral Health, specializes in EMDR and CBT to support individuals, couples, families, and military members. A Morgan State University graduate and Armed Forces officer, she provides culturally sensitive, family-centered care across Maryland, combining diverse expertise with a commitment to accessible mental health services.

Artysha Skinner, Admin. Assistant

Artysha ensures a welcoming and efficient client experience. She supports operations through scheduling, intake coordination, and communication. Artysha helps bridge the gap between clients and clinicians, creating a smooth and supportive process from the first call to ongoing care. Her professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail reflect IBH’s mission to provide accessible, high-quality mental health services across Maryland.

Eric Wilson, LMSW, MSW

Eric Wilson, a Licensed Clinical Therapist, specializes in supporting youth and busy parents, particularly People of Color, in managing anxiety, depression, and burnout. Using CBT and person-centered care, Eric tailors therapy to each client’s needs, fostering self-awareness and resilience. He offers accessible sessions, including evenings and weekends, and free consultations.

Michele Wright, LMSW, MSW

Michele Wright, a Therapist at Integrative Behavioral Health, provides compassionate Telehealth care for youth and adults across Maryland. With a Master’s in Social Work, she uses a solution-focused approach to empower clients, creating tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that foster personal growth, resilience, and emotional well-being in a supportive environment.

Jeremiah SoKo, CRNP-PMH, Psych Nurse Practitioner

Jeremiah provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative treatment planning. He specializes in mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and co-occurring conditions, offering evidence-based, patient-centered care. Working closely with clients and therapists, Jeremiah bridges medical and therapeutic support, promoting stability, balance, and long-term wellness across Maryland.

Latesha Edmerson, LCPC, NCC

Latesha Edmerson, LCPC, NCC, specializes in supporting children, teens, adults, and seniors through life’s most complex emotional and mental health challenges. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, women’s issues, and life transitions, using CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based therapies. Latesha meets clients with empathy, skill, and cultural awareness, helping them build resilience and move forward with confidence.

Letitia Flowers, LMSW, MSW

Letitia Flowers, Lead Mental Health Clinician at Integrative Behavioral Health, specializes in CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Focused CBT. With a Master’s in Social Work, she provides solution-oriented care for young adults, couples, and families, developing personalized treatment plans to foster healing, resilience, and lasting emotional well-being in a supportive environment.

Lakisha Ghee, MSW 2nd-year Intern

Lakisha Ghee, MSW, is a clinical social work intern with over 20 years of experience serving children, families, and adults across Maryland. She specializes in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life stressors, using a compassionate, client-centered approach grounded in CBT, DBT, ACT, and motivational techniques. Lakisha is passionate about empowering individuals and providing flexible, supportive care for clients at every stage of life.
