Couples Therapy
Initial Assessment for couples therapy is $220 for 60 minutes. The price listed below is for follow-up appointments.
Couples Therapy sessions may require extended durations. In such cases, each additional 15-minute increment will be billed at a rate equivalent to one-quarter (25%) of the full session fee. (This is out of pocket only.)

EMDR Therapy
Initial Assessment for EMDR therapy is $220 for 60 minutes. The price listed below is for follow-up appointments.

Form Completion
. Out-of-Work Letter: $115 - Brief letter documenting clinical recommendation for time off work.
. Accommodation Forms (Work, School, etc.): $200 - ADA or other accommodation documentation.
. Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Letter: $200 - provided following clinical evaluation.
. FMLA or Disability Form: $160 - complete employer or insurance-related forms after clinical evaluation.
. Substance Abuse Assessment (Non-Diagnostic): $300 - Substance use history review, client interview, and summary report.
. Psychosocial Assessments: $350 - Comprehensive evaluation for legal, school, or agency referrals.
. Third-Party Communication (Phone or Written): $130/hr. Time spent communicating with attorneys, case managers, employers, or outside providers.

Consultation with Third Parties

Court Prep
Court Preparation, Appearance & up to 10 miles/travel (per hour) A minimum of 4 hours is required for court appearances. This fee includes preparation time, travel time, and the actual time spent in court.

Third-Party Record Request Fees
We comply with Maryland state regulations when processing record requests from attorneys, insurance companies, and other third parties. As per state law, we charge $0.75 per page for paper records and $0.55 per page for electronic records (up to a maximum of $80). A processing fee of $22.88 may also apply, along with actual postage costs. Please note that these fees do not apply to records requested directly by the client.









Good Faith Estimate
- Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
